How it works

Our process

Our team gets to work to make sure our onboarding process is seamless. We liase with both you, and your team to ensure a quick installation. Once the hardware is installed, everything can then be managed remotely from the app.

Consult

Through consultation with you and your management, we’ll gather information on your venue, brand and customer demographics. A site survey is also carried out to review the equipment needed and provide a full quote on the works required.

Curate

After inital consulatation a music plan is curated by BeatMix’s expert team. Once approved we will create the background music profile for the venue. Our music catalogue has over 200,000 songs, but every song chosen is selected specifically for your venue.

Install

Once the music profile is created, we install it on your BeatMix music player and then setup at your venue. Our system is extremely lightweight and easy to use, its a quick efficient process.

Maintain

After the first few weeks of business, the music will be reviewed for final approval. Once approved BeatMix will maintain the music collection, updating selections and making schedule changes when needed.
