From what began 12 years ago DJing small private parties to headlining shows around the country and abroad, we have a unique understanding of what makes people tick that can only be gained by years of professional experience.
We’ve merged the worlds of musical creativity and technology to bring together what we believe to be the perfectly refined background music service. Our software is developed in-house so we can drive innovation in our product. We adapt and improve to best suit your needs and we know what works. We know how to make and deliver it to you in a beautifully simple and effective way.

Simon Glynn
Head of Operations

BeatMix’s co-owner and head of music curation, Simon has a finely honed ear for what makes the perfect soundtrack. Since 2009 he has been a staple DJ of the Dublin nightlife scene, consistently holding down residencies in some of the city’s best-known venues. Simon’s passion for music and DJing has given him a unique insight into what it takes to curate the perfect music selection for any given situation.
Conor O’Dwyer
Head of Technology
Co-Owner
Co-Owner and head of technology, Conor has over 20 years experience designing and implementing multimedia software. He has worked with major brands such as Budweiser and L’Oreal through to small startups to deliver engaging multimedia solutions for digital signage, interactive kiosks, music and audio visual installations.
While Conor’s focus is on the technology, he is believes he is getting it right when our customers’ focus is most definitely on the quality of the music content being delivered.
Stephen Howard
Music Consultant

Based in Cork, Steve is our music analyst looking after library management, industry trends and assisting with curation. He has over 10 years experience within the Music/DJ industry having held residencies in Dublin, Cork, Limerick & even a few stints in Boston. His vast experience of the music industry combined with his passion for new technology & trends are the perfect accompaniment to the BeatMix team.
